A DOG, used to eating eggs, saw an Oyster and, opening his mouth to its widest extent, swallowed it down with the utmost relish, supposing it to be an egg. Soon afterwards suffering great pain in his stomach, he said, "I deserve all this torment, for my folly in thinking that everything round must be an egg."
Club Soccer Director 2022(Gold use will increase)
The World Ends With You: Solo Remix has been updated with iOS 9 support. Better late than never, I guess?

This follows the debacle surrounding the iOS 8 update, when the game stopped working, and Square said it wouldn't be updating it.

The game was pulled from sale, Square retracted its statement, and then eventually put an updated, working version back on the App Store.

Anyway, if you were until the game was updated to upgrade your OS, your wait is over. Go ahead, get iOS 9 and its slightly weird fonts, we won't judge you.

One promising mobile game that wasn't on our radar until today is developer Blingame's HAAK, an ultra-stylish, post-apocalyptic metroidvania. Originally announced for PC, we now know that it'll also be heading to iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch.

The news was shared widely by Gematsu (via Touch Arcade) over the weekend, and while it's yet to get a solid release date, we do have some brief gameplay footage that first appeared online back in February.

Have emptied all their fountains in my well,

Epic Games has announced that a new Fortnite skin known as 'Wonder' will be exclusive to owners of any device in the latest Honor 20 range, including the Honor 20, the Honor 20 Lite, and the Honor 20 Pro.

This isn't the first time Epic has partnered with Honor on an exclusive skin, with the 'Guard' skin from earlier in the year also being accessible only to Honor View 20 owners. In the past, we've also seen Fortnite team up with Samsung to offer the iKONIK skin and Scenario emote exclusively to Samsung S10 owners.

If you need a new phone, or you can't possibly go without the exclusive skin, you could do a whole lot worse than the Honor 20 series. We reviewed the Honor View 20 earlier this year, praising it for packing a heavy punch, despite being far cheaper than its closest competition.

It's also a great handset for gaming, with a screen that "offers a crispness that has to be seen to be believed", a hefty 4,000mAh battery, and fast-charging capabilities.

If you've already treated yourself to a nice, new Honor 20 handset and you're not sure how to get your skin, all you need to do is go to the AppGallery on your phone, make your way from Me>Gift>the 'Wonder' outfit pic, then copy and paste your unique code over on Fortnite's redemption page – easy peasy.

The original Monster Hunter 4, released in Japan last year, included Palicoes in Mario and Luigi costumes mucking about with hammers.

Since then, many more crossovers have been announced for the souped-up international version, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate. Let's have a look at the rest...

It seems that Spry Fox is doubling down on cute bears.

Having already won the world over with Alphabear (and all its not-so-cute sentences), the studio has revealed that its next game is called Bushido Bear.

According to Touch Arcade, Bushido Bear will be an "action-packed ninja-slasher" that should be heading to iOS and Android.

"Fight back against the evil monsters invading your forest! Collect unique characters and upgrade them to their fullest potential!" continues the description.

So, erm, imagine the bear-collecting of Alphabear in a game that plays more like Fruit Ninja, I guess.

There's no word on when Bushido Bear might hit up our phones and tablets yet. But as soon as we hear about it we'll let you know.

Updated 31st October, 08:48 AM: Just in time for the spookiest day of the year, Mental Hospital V is now out on iOS.
Get in and get out without getting buzzed in half or falling prey to a creepy mannequin woman. Grab the game on the App Store here for 79p, and try not to cry tears of pure fear.

You'll be rolling your eyes by now if you try counting the amount of times I've mentioned Halloween this week but it's a popular holiday and there's lots of stuff that can be related to it. Including the appropriately-named Mental Hospital V, set for release sometime soon(ish).

There's very little information released about this game except for what's on the developer's forum page. Set in a mental hospital, my assumption is that you've got to try to get the hell out after making a seriously bad decision. Armed with nothing other than a video camera and your razor sharp wit, you'd better run sharpish before the creatures that plague the area catch you.

Despite being a little cliché, the design of the game is pretty damn good and its mechanics definitely reminds us of the survival horror, Outlast - minus the creepy naked guys. Well, there's a creepy, naked mannequin-like lady, so I guess we're not entirely absent of that creep factor. There's also dragging bodies, a huge guy with a chainsaw, and all sorts of goodies just waiting for you in the dark halls.

Its very limited description stated that we should be expecting Mental Hospital V sometime this autumn, and judging by the previous games released by Igor Migun I can only assume it'll be primarily an iPad/iPhone kind-of deal. We'll keep you updated when more information comes about.
